OUR RETURN POLICY

Since food products are perishable, we will only accept returns if the cookies were sent due to an error on our behalf. If this may happen, please contact us at 330-638-8707 or e-mail us at sales@justpizzelles.com within 10-days upon receipt or your return may not be accepted.

If you fail to contact us prior to a return to receive authorization within 10-days of receipt, we will not accept the return.

If you need additional information about our return policy, please don't hesitate to call us and leave us a message at 330-638-8707 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Saturday. Somebody will return your phone call a.s.a.p.!!!

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Damaged products must be reported to us within 10-days upon receipt. Save the damaged product and all shipping materials then contact the carrier service or call us at 330-638-8707, leave a message and somebody will get in contact with you, a.s.a.p.

Just Pizzelles™ is not responsible for damages due to heat and/or carrier service.
